I loves me coffee machi- no wait, we've already done this.

Since Mother's Day is nigh, I've been wondering what to cook for my mum. Apparently my cooking muse has decided to come out of hibernation (but no, I still can't see any more pudding for the next few years) and already helped me to survive the last visit. I made Butter Chicken some time ago, but I'm can't cook Indian for her. Even though it tastes delicious, but Mum's version is even more delicious.

Italian stuff is out of the question as well, and she doesn't have a sweettooth. Although she did eat an entire chocolate pudding (still gaping about that one). Not to mention the fact that I can't see chicken anymore (which is yet another reason to lay off anything chicken like).

But then again, there are shows like Masterchef which makes everything look so damn easy and mouth watering. Arr. And damn, I defrosted my Baileys Cake in hopes of feeling like eating it, but no. Apparently I only do that when it's deep frozen and late at night, when I don't have 4 hours to spare until I can eat the cake. >/ I should've gotten a Daim Cake while I was at Ikea.

I'll never cease to be amazed by the sheer amount of insensitivity and idioticy fandom seems to come up with at the most inapproriate times. How could anything think that naming their RPG after an event which marks the beginning of the most gruesome act of genocide in history of humankind would be a good idea? How?
Parallells between events in a fictional world and WW2, my ass. I'm torn between appalled and frothing from my mouth.

Well, hello online world. *tired wave*

So sorry for my long, unannounced abscence, but things were rather busy lately. I've got a job now, university started (which I haven't yet attended due to the new job) and I've got a guest since mid-september (and before you ask, no I don't mind witness ;P). And since I've had training the whole day ever since September 17th, and I can't really check my lj at work (well, I could but don't really want to), so. :x

I'm working at a CallCenter right now, and the training I recieve is inbound work for one of the cell phone companies in Austria. On October 22nd I have an exam at the headquarters, and if I pass that I'm allowed to phone. Not to brag, but if the test is like the ones we have at the call center, I don't think I'll have much problems. *knocks on wood*

gosh, that new keyboard is tough getting used to

Anyhoo.. trying to keep up to date with my shows, SPN is not posing much of a problem seeing as my newfound flatmate is also addicted to it. :33 I'm doing my damned best to stay spoiler free this season, but alas it is very, very tough not to click on these shiny links. But I've manage well so far. I've also got some serious catching up to do with The Daily Show, but at least that means that I'll have lots of entertainment to look forward to once I manage to do that. ^^

So looking forward to the weekend. Tomorrow and monday I have training on the job, meaning they let the rookie talk to the customers. Mwehe.

Food, now, and a shower. And after that sleep. Got an early start tomorrow. >_>

Just.. the stuff between chapter 13 and the ending is still... missing. But it's only 4 more chapters!

Current word count: 13,757 (minus a few words, though: brief commentary for self references, and such). I don't think I'm going to crack the magical 20,000, but hey, it's already the longest piece I've ever written so far.

Dear muses (PS: who are you, actually? I know my old muses have abandoned me long long ago),

please not be jumping me with another of your crazy-ass, totally horrifying ideas concerning one of my characters when I'm about to go to bed. I really, really don't want him to turn out to be an offspring from some batshit insane demon who could kill any of my characters in the blink of an eye.
